About Me

I have been extremely privileged to work in some of the finest kitchens across the globe, and I have leeched inspiration and ideas from them all.

I spent 8 years trading fish and seafood between Mozambique and South Africa. There’s something magical about the ocean and its bounty, it gives us so much pleasure.

I believe that the artistry is in the simplicity, the flavour is the craft and that one should not fiddle with food but take high quality ingredients and showcase them as they were meant to be.
